Custom Fabrication

All gates and custom fabricated products are built to order according to customer specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, dimensions, designs, and options must be approved prior to fabrication.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Material costs and availability may affect pricing beyond the quote validity period.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required before fabrication begins. Materials will not be ordered and production will not be scheduled until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled prior to fabrication. Once fabrication has begun, deposits become non-refundable due to material, labor, and production costs incurred. Because all products are custom fabricated to customer specifications, completed custom products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Final Payment

Remaining balances are due prior to pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on project scope, material availability, and current workload. Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon pickup or delivery. Any concerns regarding workmanship or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all drawings, renderings, dimensions, logos, and design details before fabrication begins. WHC Fab is not responsible for changes requested after customer approval has been provided.

Warranty

WHC Fab warrants workmanship against defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pickup. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, corrosion, acts of nature, or modifications made by others.

Limitation of Liability

WHC Fab's liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the product. WHC Fab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy Policy

WHC Fab collects information voluntarily provided through contact forms, quote requests, and customer communications. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, project details, and delivery information. Customer information is used solely for communication, quoting, order processing, and customer support. WHC Fab does not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties except as required to process payments, fulfill orders, or comply with applicable laws.
